Better understanding represents the key to finding new customers and keeping existing customers. This process begins with an examination of secondary data. There are 2 types of secondary data: internal or in-house data, and external data. Both types work together to identify key questions and issues that will need to be addressed during the primary research phase of exploration. Our tandem research approach (primary and secondary) seeks to holistically look at all of the touch points surrounding the customer.
