Success in brief: Members share concerns via OTM methodology

Keeping a credit union’s members on the right path.


A major credit union had many valuable CDs maturing at once. OTM conducted structured conversations with members to get a deeper understanding of how to broach options for their pending rollover. This provided the basis for language, tone and messaging that would keep those funds growing for members without getting deposited elsewhere. Carefully segmented and expertly written letter packages resulted in 85% retention of depositors and a net increase in account deposits.
